Practical tools / no uploads
A little structure goes a long way.
These tools organise your own assumptions. They do not predict model quality, establish rights or send information anywhere.
01 / Accepted-cue calculator
What did usable audio cost?
Use one currency consistently. Defaults are hypothetical—not a vendor quote. Count only cues that meet your written acceptance rule.
Total = access + other costs + (hours × rate). Cost per accepted cue = total ÷ accepted cues. Taxes, exchange rates and reuse value are not modelled.

What should you send?
Confirm the recipient’s actual application and delivery specification. This suggests a package, not guaranteed software compatibility.
Build a useful handoff →03 / Preparation, not clearance
